Sanford Family, I am so sorry to see that Rose has passed. I worked with her so many years ago, both at Alderwood Convalescent, and Olympic Treatment Center. She was so fun to work with, and taught me so much. I have not seen her in a while, the last time was when we met while out shopping, she never changed, always smiling and laughing, she was such a caring and happy person. We are all fortunate to have known her. Please accept my sincere condolences.
Morrie: Just remembering some of those good parties oh so many years ago... Rose
was a good person and lots of fun....Thinking of you and the family....Sincerely, Monty & Bonnie
Going to miss her, wish I went to see more often, I'm telling the rest of the family. Morris stay strong.
Sorry for your loss your family is in my prayers.
All the memories of childhood and 4th of July stand out. The long friendship to my mother and many others and Rose's chuckle and smile combined with drive and stubbornness are alive. May your family rest and find peace at this difficult time and heal with time.
Morris, Lorie, Bill, Ron, I’’m so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She will truly be missed. I have so many memories of her throughout my entire life. From 4th of July parties, Halloween parties, cookie exchanges, the logging show, and camping, clam digging, and hanging out at all of your garage sales. She was a good friend to my parents, and then to my mom after my dad passed away. My girls have so many memories of trick or treating at your house and always begged me to go to “Grandma Rose’s”. Please give my mom a hug for me when you see her, I miss her so much. May you Rest In Peace.
I am so very sorry for your loss...Prayers & hugs coming your way..
Is this the same Rose who worked as Head Cook at Olympic Center in Bellingham?
I remember her and her sweet disposition and good food she served. She always had a smile and was fun to work with.
This was years ago, but she is still a good memory of working there. If it's the same Rose, I know her family is missing her.
Love, Carolee Massey
My sincere condolences to Morris and her family! Rose had to be the sweetest, kindest, most talented lady I have ever known. I will never forget the Christmas parties "us girls" always looked forward to that she had and attended. I still have so many of her "go to" recipes she had given to us. It didn't matter where we met up or where we were together, she always, had a kind word for everyone! And most of all, she always made us laugh thru some not so pleasant experiances. I know, she is in heaven, watching over all us of, because she was the most special angel all of her life. Rest in peace, sweet Rose, you will be so missed, and thank you for making my time with you so pleasant and full of happy memories of the times we were together! My prayers and thoughts are with you all!
